asked for double room and it was impeccably clean with great bathroom. the place had a quiet atmosphere.

Room was impeccably clean and available with comfortable bed, great bathroom plus air-conditioner. Location: the hotel was so close to the old town AND the modern centre and the centre square.

The hotel was placed in the very central location to Bilbao ferry. The stuff where exceptionally nice, excellent. The room with comfortable bed.

It has both pretty friendly and superfriendly staff. The location is incredible, 1 km from a baroque garden.

The room was huge and warm with great bathroom. The breakfast had a wide range of food, including freshly made coffee and tea. The staff was amazingly nice and very pleasant from my arrival up until I left.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even going as far as to have a conversation with our little one and giving them a small gift. The shower in the bathroom was fantastic, providing a refreshing and invigorating experience. the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options including vegan choices without even having to ask.

Parking could be a bit challenging, especially during busy hours. It would be great if there were more parking spaces available for guests.

It was in a very central setting close to town centre.

This place was ideal for what we needed, can't recommend highly enough. Everything was great from staff, who were exceptionally nice, to the magnificent location.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I recently stayed at Hotel Imperio Do Rei for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English. The hotel was very clean, which is important to me, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had good towels. The cleaners were also fantastic, they were very quiet and respectful, which allowed me to sleep late. The hotel's location was great, very central and close to everything. It was a short walk to the park/garden and about 15-20 minutes walk to the castle. Additionally, the breakfast was great, and there were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

A such wonderful way to end my city break. Modern place for a city break and attentive and excellent staff. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Perfect location - very close to Liberdade Plaza. Based adjacent to shops and restaurants as well as the centre of town.

The breakfast had a wide range of coffee and tea. Got big size room with comfortable bed as expected, really enjoyed it.

It offers warm rooms with good WiFi, great bathroom and comfortable bed, and every member of the staff was super-friendly and amazingly nice. Coffee and tea for breakfast are a plus.

Beautiful old hotel located so close to shops and restaurants and the train station and the center near attractions. Huge unit with great bathroom. Excellent staff and management.
